This is the perfect package for those who are starting out with machine embroidery and/or a new Brother NZ embroidery machine and need ongoing help and support to get up and running fast with ongoing coaching on machine embroidery techniques and best practice.
This 10 hour package includes:
- An initial 2 hour one on one session either in person or using Zoom (or similar video calling facility) guiding you through the set up of your machine and getting you acquainted with how to use it and specific functions
- Up to 6 one hour video and/or phone sessions over a 6 month period
- Unlimited individual email support for specific projects outside of the zoom sessions (allow 2 hours)
- Unlimited support for technical and “how to” issues with Brother machines
