If you’re new to the world of machine embroidery or you’ve just purchased a great new Brother embroidery machine you may be sitting there starting at the box wondering where to start!
The first step is you need to come join the NZ Machine Embroidery Addicts community to chat with and connect with a group of like-minded people!

If you’ve purchased your embroidery machine through me at Echidna Sewing, you will have one of these support packages included for FREE with your purchase.
Machine Embroidery Workshops and Classes
If you’re keen to jump in on a group class, I run regular machine embroidery workshops. These are open to anyone to attend and cover what you need to get started with embroidery and/or a Brother embroidery machine and learn additional skills.

Need a few hours of dedicated help to get you going with your machine, embroidery in general or a specific project?
Per Hour & Daily Rates
$75 per hour via zoom or at my Studio or $120 per hour in person at your home (includes travel within Auckland).
Need me for a whole day?
Daily rate is $497
NOTE: In-person is available to clients in the Auckland Region. Travel outside of Auckland can be considered on a case by case basis and may incur an additional travel cost.
Bronze
2 Hour Package- 2 hour Virtal call guiding you through the set up and basic features of your embroidery machine
- Unlimited support for technical and “how to” issues with Brother machines
Silver
5 Hour Package- Initial 2 hour session in-person or virtual call to acquaint with machine & specific functions
- up to 3 virtual and/or phone sessions (1 hour) over a 3 month period
- Unlimited support for technical and “how to” issues with Brother machines
Gold
10 Hour Package- Initial 2 hour session in-person or virtual call to acquaint with machine & specific functions
- Up to 6 virtual and/or phone sessions (1 hour) over a 6 month period
- Unlimited individual email support for specific projects outside of the virtual sessions (allow 2 hours)
- Unlimited support for technical and “how to” issues with Brother machines
Platinum
16 Hour Package- Initial 2 hour session in-person or virtual call to acquaint with machine & specific functions
- 6 in-person or virtual sessions with the machine (up to 2 hours each) over a period of 12 months
- Unlimited individual email support for specific projects outside of the virtual sessions
- Unlimited support for technical and “how to” issues with the Brother machine
